REFUND

Refunds will be sent back to the card used for purchase if the product arrived damaged.

If you haven't received your package and it is marked as "delivered," please contact USPS or UPS and file a claim immediately. Once USPS or UPS has the package, we are no longer responsible for the package. You may be eligible for a refund if USPS or UPS confirms they have misplaced the package during shipment.

Mistakes happen. If you enter the wrong address at checkout, please be sure to email us at kb@kitchenandbody.com before the order ships out, and we will cancel and refund the order. Once the order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order. The order will arrive to the address that is entered at checkout.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
